Is every conversation linked to a lead?
Yes. Each thread belongs to a lead in your pipeline, so you can open the lead from the conversation and see its source, stage and follow-ups.
Can I take over from the AI assistant?
Yes. When the bot is replying, the chat says so and has a Pause bot button. Pause it, reply yourself, and hand the chat back to the bot whenever you like.
Do I pay extra for the inbox?
