Questions, answered
Is there a limit on WhatsApp broadcasts?
Oxigrid puts no cap on the number of broadcasts on any plan. Meta applies messaging limits to every WhatsApp number, based on its quality rating and tier, so the number of contacts you can reach in 24 hours depends on your number's standing with Meta.
Can I message any phone number?
Only people who have opted in to hear from your business. WhatsApp's policy requires opt-in for business-initiated messages, and sending to people who did not agree can hurt your number's quality rating.
Do I pay Oxigrid for each message?
No. Meta charges for WhatsApp messages by category and country, and you pay Meta directly at its own rate. Oxigrid adds no per-message fee. Your plan is a flat monthly subscription.
Why do I need approved templates?
Meta reviews message templates before a business can use them to start conversations. Oxigrid shows each template's approval status, so you know which ones are ready to send.
Can I see who read my campaign?
Yes. Each campaign shows the status per contact: sent, delivered, read, replied or failed, so you know who to follow up with. You can then retarget the contacts who read but did not reply.
