About integrations
Which channels can I connect?
Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads, Google Forms, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, Search Console, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook Pages and your own website forms. The exact set depends on your plan.
Do I need a developer to connect them?
No. Meta and Google connect with a sign-in, and WhatsApp with your Business Account details. The website forms SDK is a single JavaScript snippet you paste into your site.
How many sources can I connect on each plan?
Starter includes WhatsApp plus two more sources, Growth up to five, and Scale is unlimited. The pricing page has the full comparison.
Does Oxigrid sit between me and Meta for WhatsApp?
No. You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account. Meta bills you directly for messages at its own rate, and Oxigrid adds no per-message markup.
How fast do Google Ads leads arrive?
Google Ads lead form submissions are pushed to Oxigrid by webhook as they happen, and appear in your pipeline with the source recorded.
Is there an API or webhooks for my own tools?
Yes. The REST API, webhooks and website SDK are included on the Scale plan.
What if the tool I use is not listed?
