How does the assistant know what to say?
It works from the business summary, products and rules you give it. The better the summary, the better the replies, so most teams also paste in the questions they get most often.
Can I stop it from promising things I do not offer?
You can add extra rules, such as never promising a discount, and the assistant follows them. You can also take over any conversation, or switch the assistant off.
What are Instagram comment rules?
Keyword rules for your posts and reels. When someone comments a keyword like price, Oxigrid sends them a private message and can also post a public reply.
Which plan includes the AI chatbot?

What happens if the AI cannot reply, or my allowance runs out?
Each AI reply uses one AI action from your plan's monthly allowance. If your plan does not include AI replies, or the allowance is used up, new customers get your greeting message instead of silence, and your keyword replies keep working.
Will the bot talk over my team?
No. Once you pause the bot on a chat, it stays out of that conversation completely, keyword replies included, until you hand it back.
