Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping

Oxigrid is a cloud-based software service (SaaS) provided by Corex Software Private Limited. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no shipping charges apply and nothing is delivered to a postal address.

2. How the service is delivered

• The Service is delivered online. You access it in your web browser at app.oxigrid.com using the account you create.
• Delivery time: access to paid features is activated immediately after Razorpay confirms your payment — normally within a few minutes.
• A payment confirmation is sent to your registered email address.

3. If access is not activated

If your payment succeeded but your plan has not been activated within 24 hours, email [email protected] with your registered email address and the Razorpay payment ID. We will activate your plan or refund the payment, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
