Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you (or the business you represent, "you") and Corex Software Private Limited ("we", "us"), governing your use of Oxigrid (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Oxigrid is a cloud CRM that collects leads from sources such as Meta, Google, WhatsApp and your website into one pipeline, and lets your team message those leads through the WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Messenger and Instagram. Features available to you depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract on behalf of your business.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping login credentials secure, and for all activity by users you invite to your workspace.
  • Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Plans, trial and billing

  • New workspaces may start with a free trial. No payment is taken during the trial; at its end you choose a paid plan to keep using paid features.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in Indian Rupees. Prices are shown on the pricing page; the amount payable, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. Each payment covers one billing period; we remind you before it ends, and you renew by paying for the next period. Nothing is charged automatically.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
  • WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account. Oxigrid does not add a markup to them and does not collect them.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. WhatsApp, Meta and other third-party platforms

  • When you connect WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or Google, you must also comply with those platforms' terms and policies — including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.
  • You are responsible for having your contacts' opt-in before messaging them, for the content of your messages and templates, and for honouring opt-out requests.
  • Meta may restrict, rate-limit or ban a WhatsApp number or account for policy violations or low quality ratings. We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta or other platforms, or for changes to their APIs that affect the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have not opted in;
  • send unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing or infringing content;
  • collect or process personal data without a lawful basis;
  • attempt to access other workspaces, probe or disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineer it;
  • resell the Service without our written agreement.

We may suspend accounts that breach this section, with notice where reasonably possible.

7. Your data

You own the data you bring into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it solely to provide the Service to you. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. While your account is active you can request a copy of your data by emailing [email protected].

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and to fix problems promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Support is available by email at [email protected].

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and trademarks belong to Corex Software Private Limited. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you, other than the right to use the Service during your subscription.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost leads or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law or by a platform such as Meta. After termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
