Can I send WhatsApp broadcasts on the Starter plan?
Yes. Unlimited WhatsApp broadcasts are included on every plan, including Starter. You only need a connected WhatsApp Business Account. You pay Meta directly for messages at Meta's own rate, and we never mark it up.
Is the price per message or per seat?
Neither for messages. Your plan is a flat monthly subscription that includes a number of seats, and extra seats are priced per seat. Messages are billed by Meta directly, with no per-message fee from Oxigrid.
Do I need a Meta or Google account to get started?
No. You can start with Oxigrid on its own and connect Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp Business or your website forms whenever you are ready.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Starter, Growth or Scale. Enterprise plans include guided onboarding as part of the custom quote.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply from your next billing cycle.
