Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all paid Oxigrid plans purchased from Corex Software Private Limited. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

New workspaces can try Oxigrid free before paying. No payment details are needed for the trial, so nothing is charged if you decide not to continue.

2. Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] from your account's registered email address.
• Plans are paid in advance for one billing period (monthly or annual) and do not renew automatically, so you can also simply not renew.
• After cancelling, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Refunds

• Payments for a billing period are non-refundable once that period has started. We do not refund partial months, or the unused portion of a monthly or annual plan, when you cancel or downgrade.
• Duplicate or failed payments: if you were charged twice for the same period, or money was deducted for a payment that failed, we refund the extra or failed amount in full.
• We may also refund at our discretion where the Service was unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your registered email address, the payment date and amount, and the Razorpay payment ID if you have it. We respond within 2 working days.

5. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few more days for the amount to appear in your account.

6. WhatsApp messaging charges

WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business Account, not by Oxigrid. Any dispute about those charges must be raised with Meta.
